Booking Details - 2012

All prices are in Thai Baht
All type A, B, C rooms EXCLUDE breakfast in the low and high season.
The D. VIP Apartment includes breakfast in all seasons.
All rooms INCLUDE American breakfast in the peak season.
Transfer from Thongsala pier for bookings of 3 nights is free of charge in the peak season and 150 Baht per person in the low and high season.
The deposit payment required is to cover 30% of your stay in the low season and 50% of your stay in the high and peak season.
Use of safe box on reception & free internet & wireless.
Transfer return to Thongsala Pier 150 Baht per person.
Children under 12 free of charge for transfer.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person.
Extra Bed is available at 300 THB per person per night - max 1 extra bed for type A, B and C and 2 extra beds in type D - VIP Apartment.
No baby cot available.
Free WiFi available in the public area.
Credit card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Check-out time: Before 12 Noon.
No room charge for children under 12 sharing accommodation with parents and without extra bed. Maximum 1 child per room.

Booking Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period in the low and high season.
The minimum stay at New Year is 7 nights.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 30% (low season) and 50% (high and peak season) of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
4. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
